I CAN NO LONGER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES, DELAYED, DAMAGED OR MISSING TRACKING INFORMATION. Standard shipping to USA and International is First Class USPS. There is NO reliable tracking for USA and international packages unless you pay substantially higher shipping fees for express, fedex or UPS. Which the Buyer will need to pay for if you want this services. Insurance is NOT included on USA, Canada, or International packages. You must purchase this separately. Contact me for an insurance quote. And only Express shipping have insurance for international packages. About 10% of USA tracking do not get updated online due to human errors, mis scanned, technical errors, etc... I have no control over this. International tracking usually stops updating, disappears, or not show up at all once it leaves the USA customs ports and is in the possessions of the customs in other countries. 
If you do not agree with any part of the shop policy or lost packages policy, please do not purchase as I do not want any problems going forward. No Refunds, No Replacements, and No Exchanges can be given on lost packages, delayed packages, or missing tracking information packages. Insurance filings also takes time, and I do not control the time frame to resolve the claims (if you purchased insurance). I do not make the shipping/insurance rules, I just follow them.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES HAVE CHANGED:
As of January 27, 2014, the US Post Office have increased shipping prices for all international and USA shipping. Canada rates are now the same as all other international countries. I cannot control international shipping speed and customs so please be patience if your package is slow to arrive. Shipping charges are correct for all USA and International orders with 10 or less listings. If you purchase more than 10+ listings, please contact me for custom listing so that I can give you a more accurate price on shipping. It is usually less than the automatic calculation. I DO NOT make money on shipping. It is the cost of whatever the post office charges me + packaging materials cost + gas. 
So if your order is 10 or less listings, please do not ask me for a shipping reduction because this is what the post office really charges me. 

**PACKAGES TO ITALY, FRANCE, SPAIN, GERMANY, RUSSIA, ROMANIA, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA should expect a longer delivery time because of the customs department in those countries. Packages are more likely to be inspected by customs in those countries. I have no control over the customs department. I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DELAYED, DAMAGED, OR MISSING TRACKING updates on packages. You must purchase insurance through Express shipping, Fedex, UPS if you need this services.

Any changes you make to your order after you check out will cause delay in shipment. And extra transaction fees will be charged (because Etsy will charge me). 
There is NO extra charge if you pick and choose from the SAME image collection. However, prices may vary if you pick and choose mix and match images from different image collections. Because this will take me more time to make your order and the processing time will be longer due to the fact that I have to pull images from different files and keep having to double check it with your order to make sure that I did not make a mistake.
